« The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again! »

« If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. »

« Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything! »

« We had a local volleyball tournament to attend from Wednesday through Saturday. I had 10 players and 2 coaches staying at the house together. It was perfect with lots of space and room to hang out in between matches. The kitchen was great and very well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. We had all of our meals at the house and enjoyed our stay. »
