« We were looking for a place to stay so we didnt have to stay in our van with a load in it. Enjoyed the stay, 2 nights. Room was large, and clean. Had tv, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator. We had gotten a smoking room. Easy access to restaurant and gas station. Well worth, my stay. Id return if in the area. »

« Best option in Kingsville. Rooms have everything you need, including a kitchenette. Bedding is great. Staff is outstanding. Some furnishings are worn, but all are serviceable. Tub could use a steam and scrub, but not “dirty”. A/C keeps up and isn’t stinky! »

« Me and my wife stayed at this wonderful little property for a week after our honeymoon. We planned to live around Raymondville so this place was perfect to stay at while we got things settled. The apartment is clean and filled with anything we could have hoped to need. It is also wonderfully decorated to fit the setting of a peaceful and easy going cattle ranch. The amenities were great and I even got to be the first to use their brand new Char Broil propane grill. Overall, it was an excellent...
