« I am a 65 YO woman and I stayed at this cottage by myself the week of 10/22/24. I am pleased to give a 5-star rating because: this cottage was easy to find and located in a pleasant, quiet area. I felt safe in this cottage; it was very clean; bed slept wonderful; water pressure and temp were great; cottage looks exactly like pictures; everything worked as expected, and my communications with the property manager were easy. This area is wonderful if you want peace and quiet, close to the lake...

« We had a great stay, and the owners were fantastic. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 4 people, and everything worked properly. You can enjoy a nice walk down the property to the lake or grab some wood for a fire. Great listing for a nice little getaway. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Our entire group agreed this home was incredible. Perfectly appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of room for our group of five. We loved sitting on the back deck and enjoying the rolling hills. Clean property and a wonderful host. We will stay here again when back in town. »

« Let’s start with the negative…I am only allowed to rate the property on 5 stars, instead of a WELL DESERVING 10!!! This place is amazing! The home (not house, there is more than enough character to go around which puts it on another level as far as I’m concerned) is located conveniently off the highway and is situated on meticulously maintained grounds. « We stayed for a long weekend to go to a few burbon trail stops and sightseeing in Louisville and Lexington. Quiet, peaceful, stocked with everything we needed. Location is very rural, but we didn’t mind making the scenic drives. We visited Keenland, and Louisville for the pumpkin spectacular. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax. « Another amazing property to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting that this property is on. The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kentucky. Thank you for an amazing place to stay! »

« This was the perfect get away for my husband and I to celebrate his 40th birthday. It was close to many of the distilleries for us to visit, and so many neat little downtowns to see as well. The only thing I would recommend is for them to have a hair dryer. I forgot mine and that was something I wish I had been there. Other than that, it was the perfect little quiet spot to stay. »
