I stayed here with 2 other friends. The house is nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the large backyard, corn hole and rocking chairs by the fire pit. It has a hot tub but we never got in it. The large living area with the kitchen, dining room and living room was nice as well. The showers are nice but one had a lower water pressure and the other one was slow to drain, but no major issues. I let the owner know about the slow drain, so hopefully that got resolved before the next guest. This home is only a couple blocks from downtown old Frisco and there's a cute coffee place there, Summer Moon, which was a great place to grab some coffee. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend staying here.
My family and I stayed in this charming home in Frisco for Easter weekend! It was the perfect family home for myself and my significant other, son and daughter-in-law and two baby granddaughters. We would definitely return if in the area again! The large private yard was amazing for the toddlers egg hunt!!
The house was in a nice residential neighborhood that was only a few blocks from main street and just a few minute drive from stores like Walmart and Kohls. The house was just as described and was very welcoming and comfortable. Having our 2 littles with us (4 & 6) we loved having the fenced in backyard for them to roam. If we had to put down something negative we would say the showers could have been hotter, the kitchen had really hot water but the showers were just warm. Otherwise our 5 night stay was wonderful!
had a fantastic experience at this VRBO property! The accommodation was not only comfortable but also well-appointed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location in Frisco is unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring that my stay was seamless. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient getaway. Would definitely stay again!
The property was nice and matched the listing. We lost electricity less than 12 hours afer arrival. No fault of owner and we gave ample time to be restored but it did not happen so we left early. A family of 5 staying for 3 nights i would have assumed that more toiletries would have been available and paper towels. Only a sponge was found in the kitchen to clean so paper towels were used . This was family time before our son was deployed and it didn't turn out as expectwd.
I will list everything below that made the negative experience.
-mold in coffee maker
-dirty underwear left under the kitchen trash can
-mouse droppings in the cabinet next to the dishes as well as where the games are stored
-uncleaned toilets
-hair tie with hair left on nightstand
-coffee cup with coffee left in microwave
Great location-updated home. Only issues we had were lack of full size couch vs love seat. Wish the tv had cable vs the streaming options for viewing. Otherwise we had a great time and certainly recommend this home.
This property is gorgeous and well maintained. The backyard was a nice place to relax. We enjoyed the fire pit and emasculate hot tub. Nice neighborhood.
I was not disappointed. House was very clean and comfortable. Our host,Liz, went out of her way to assure we were taken care of. My grandson left his very special blanket behind! Liz mailed it to us the next morning. Great stay in Texas!
My friends and I rented Lizās place for a long girls weekend. We had an absolutel blast! The house was extremely clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We highly recommend this VRBO!
Adorable little house! Great amenities! Clean and cozy. Relaxed in the backyard playing bags, grilling, hot tubing or sitting around the fire pit! Walking distance to little boutiques and restaurants. Hostess was very accommodating and quickly responded to questions! Loved our stay and will definitely be back!
House was small and charming but had enough room for plenty of people. We absolutely loved the whole experience we had here. We really enjoyed the swing in the front for morning coffee and as a spot to hang out with the kids. The area was great with lots of eateries, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and charming as well. Liz was very accommodating for us as well. Definitely recommend this place to people for their visits to DFW and we will be back here as well.
Absolutely loved our stay at Pecan Blue! The house was clean, well stocked, safe, and super cute. All the details were thought out and the host was extremely responsive! 100% would stay again and will recommend to friends and family!!
Five family members met in TX to celebrate my husband's birthday.
The owner was responsive and gave wonderful local recommendations.
The house was clean, walking distance to town, and the perfect size for my family.
We set up a girl's weekend at Pecan Blue and it was so fun! The hosts were wonderful and so many little details taken care of. The home is walkable to so many shops, coffee, etc.
It was so homey at Pecan Blue. We loved it!
All of the details were seamless and I cant recommend this home strongly enough!
We had a blast at Pecan Blue. The open concept was fun for cooking big meals and enjoying our friends and a nice little weekend getaway. We sat in the private backyard and enjoyed the fall weather and then walked to dinner on our final night. Would recommend!
We stayed at Pecan Blue while our house was being repainted. We loved the house! The neighborhood is great and itās walkable to the restaurants and shops in the heart of the Rail District. The house is charming and wonderfully outfitted and furnished, with attention to every detail. Liz was a great host, who genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Iād recommend to anyone!!
