„The place is very nice, in the middle of a neighborhood, but we were not there to party! I feel all the beds need new mattresses, due to sinking in the middle, not very comfortable or supportive, and one put you at an incline! The kitchen is great for hanging out! The hot tub is nice and everything is spelled out easily for check out!“

„We stayed here with 3 couples for a weekend. House was very cute and clean. The guys loved the shuffleboard. The upstairs bedroom was huge and was like your own separate apartment. Very close to NDSU and downtown. The owner was very responsive and they came and shoveled right away in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. “

„We needed a place for 11 adults to stay. The house had plenty of room to spread out and was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. One suggestion would be to add a garage door code as the front steps were icy due to the snow that came the morning of our arrival, but that’s a seasonal thing.“

„This is a nice and comfortable home. We lacked nothing and we did not need Richard over the weekend because everything was taken care of already but he made himself available just in case. The home is in a nice residential area very near the university. We would certainly choose this home again if we were coming back to Fargo.“

„The owners go above and beyond. They have the extras-ground coffee, coffee pods, oatmeal, cozy blankets, plenty of pillows, Q-tips, plenty of towels, laundry soap and a well stocked kitchen. It is nicely decorated and cozy feeling. We didn’t use the basement other than to wash clothes. The basement is a typical basement in an old house but the bedroom is done nicely, just like the other rooms. Owners were very responsive when I needed to add on a night and in general. I have stayed here ...
