"What a cute and clean place to stay! Owners obviously take a lot of pride in the property. Extra touches throughout the room made it a very cozy and comfortable. Owners communicated check-in and check-out very clearly via text and email. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area."

"Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. ..."
