« Bel appartement familial et très grand. Cependant très rudimentaire comme accessoires disponible. Le frigidaire ne fonctionne pas et le congélateur n’est pas assez froid pour congeler. Cependant la vue es sublime. L’appartement que nous avions était sous le restaurant donc très bruyant le soir entre 16h et 21h. »

« Très belle appartement et le jardin est magnifique. La température a Monteverde est plus froide qu’a d’autres régions du Costa Rica expliquant le manque de climatisation et d’une piscine dans dans le complexe. »

« Very good location. Close to everything if you have a form of transportation. Walking distance to the beach. Nice secure neighborhood.The property shows some wear and details need replacement or maintenance. The pool area has a nice seating area, it could use more light at night.We enjoyed our stay. »

« Rien à dire au niveau de l'accueil des propriétaires Rossela et Christian, les appartements sont agréables et spacieux, néanmoins le bruit incessant de la route/piste (klaxons, bus, motos, quads, etc...) ainsi que la poussière générée par le va et vient quasi permanent, sont vraiment pénibles, tôt le matin et tard dans la nuit ! Sans oublier une espèce de "boite de nuit" à proximité... Dommage, nous étions venus il y a environ 8 ans, la vie sauvage était beaucoup plus présente et le calme...

« Nice spot on the beach for our family of 6. Gated security was excellent, property was in good condition for a beachfront location with some years on it. Not the property owner’s fault at all, but it is next to a construction site that begins work at 6am - not ideal for kids that need to sleep. Overall, 4/5. »

« This unit is complete undersold by VRBO.Usually when you arrive to a rental you find the pictures are nowhere near what the unit looks like. This was the exact opposite here. « Don’t do it. This property is managed by Vacasa they are the worst. We got there and security didn’t have our reservation and had to call to get it. We get our bags up to the 4th floor to find the door codes don’t work at all. We call customer support on the phone forever. He can’t fix it has to call a local company to come out.
