« Being a little higher in elevation, open windows allowed the breezes to cool us at night. Screens on all windows were great! We loved exploring the neighborhood. Friendly and knowledgeable manager made sure we had all we needed. One glitch - on arrival my phone could not find any wifi, thus my GPS could not work, and I could not connect to the site telling the location of the house. « Last minute, we grabbed this place to extend our stay on Útila and WOW….we got lucky. Very well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook some gourmet meals. Only matters to chefs but…great knives and sharp..with a quality sharpener! The bed was very comfy, bathroom had a bidet! Wonderful view and sounds of the ocean crashing in front of our eyes. « I would rate the property wey good the shower head didn’t work so we had to take bird baths. Without a vehicle it would have been difficult and parking was a little challenging. The host was very pleasant and overall the property was very nice. Overall I had Avery good stay. »

« We stayed at the Gardens for three weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. The unit we had (bottom left side) was rustic, which we expected, but comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked to do the cooking we did, and the shared grill was brand new and worked great. The bedroom has an air conditioner but we didn’t use it because the ceiling fans and opened windows were good enough during our stay. « The property was clean and very well stocked. The property managers were outstanding! They helped us with anything we needed & answered all of our questions efficiently!
