„This condo really exceeded my expectations. It actually looks better in person than the photos. The location is walking distance from the pier, so location is great. Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back. “

„Very clean and had all the amenities you may need for your stay. Roof top hot tub was very nice. The bed rooms were very comfy, however the pull out beds were just ok-all was very clean though. Parking was a little tight just as describe. They are also doing construction across The way which makes for a noisy time-no fault of the property just more an FYI. So close to downtown Avila and great beach chairs and toys. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!“

„We loved our time in this cozy condo! Kitchen was well stocked, bed was extremely comfortable, location and free parking were clutch! We enjoyed the balcony, watched NCAA games on the big TV, walked around Capitol each evening. The shower pull was a bit hard to turn on, but we nuanced it! Can't wait to come back.“
