„This was an ideal location for us to stay for our son’s tournament at Dreams Park. It was convenient to the fields and Cooperstown. It was a very relaxing, peaceful location to retreat back to after a busy day. The house was perfect and had everything we needed!“

„The house was clean and well set up. Everybody had a comfortable room and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus. Very well located to attractions you would be going to in the area. The host was very quick to respond and communicated well. Definitely recommend for families or groups to stay together. We like the bird theme through out the house also.“

„For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality“

„The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!“

„We had an amazing time at the log cabin. Peter was the best property manager we have dealt with. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. We ended up staying for a couple of snow days and the cabin was equipped with everything from cooking to snow removal. Thank you Peter and family again for an amazing stay. “
