« Correctement situé au sein du très beau Glan Gwna Holiday Park. Chalet bien agencé et confortable. Draps et linge fournis. Cependant, quelques désagréments à relever : - le site indique "hôte professionnel" alors qu'en réalité il s'agit d'un chalet installé sur le Park mis en location par son propriétaire (la réception nous a précisé qu'elle n'intervenait pas en cas de problème et que l'on devait contacter directement le propriétaire) - aucune formalité/contrôle/aide à l'arrivée comme au départ...

« Loved the little homely nick nacks around the place. Everything spotlessly clean and welcoming. Even had a little birthday card and cake. Milk in the fridge and other necessities we would need. The dogs came to greet us which was so cute. The mobile home was big and spacey. Would recommend »

« We had a great stay at the chalet. It is located in a great area and close to town center. It has everything you need for self catering including BBQ. The chalet is suitable for a family of 4 as it has a double bed and a bung bed to accommodate the children in. It also has lots of toys for them to play with and books to read. I would say it’s best to use it in summer time when the weather is. Ice and warm at it can get cold and drafts in the cold months. We were there in October and we had to...

« We picked a very cold night - the caravan didn't heat up at all. Owners where great with communication & caravan was clean (except one moldy curtain in living area & no light in main bedroom. However we did pick a night that was out of season & the temperature was in the minus 4 Mark. »

« slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted . »

« I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate.
