The furniture they picked out fits perfectly and I loved that laundry was on the first floor. Location was close to great restaurants & grocery stores. « The house was excellent. Very clean & accurate listing. The basement game room was a huge hit. There is a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, & table arcade system with about 60 classic video games such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Frogger, Dig Dug. The pool table was in great shape. The cue sticks need a little TLC or replacement. No issue with ping pong or arcade table. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. One suggestion is provide some laundry supplies. « Exceptionally gracious host with ultra fast communication. The house was quiet despite being on a busy road. Only challenge was the heating system - confirm with owner that it's been dealt with before renting in cold weather. The downstairs was very cold and the upstairs extremely hot. Perhaps it was just an adjustment we missed or one that they can make. We would happily consider staying in the property again. It's really nice having a wonderful host to work with! »

« The inside of the house was satisfactory. The outside is in need of maintenance quite a bit. The outside areas where in need of paint, landscaping maintenance, and fencing is in a bad state. It truly could be a great opportunity for more income if it was in a better condition. Grass was not even mowed. We did like that the yard has different areas set up and the hot tub was great. We used the pizza oven the 1st night and that was a new experience for us. »
