Great space and location for OSU football weekend
The property fit the bill for what we needed! We bought bath towels at Target before our arrival based on previous recent reviews which described the lack of towels. The kitchen has the essentials, no more, no less. The carpet had recently been replaced which we appreciated. Location was great. Entry was a little tricky but the host was quick to answer our call and help us get entry promptly which was great.

OSU Family Football!
This place was perfect for a family of 9 for the Buckeye game! The property fit the VRBO description. Had a remodeled feel and was pretty clean. Only thing we lacked were towels for bath and kitchen as well as a lack of extra kitchen utensils were missing. Patio out back is in dire need of some TLC. The house had new carpet everywhere and nice big dining table we all sat around after the game to share stories. Small two car garage out back was nice to get vehicles off the street. Thanks again for hosting us!! Go Bucks!!

Positive Location was perfect Beds comfortable Lovely gas stove Nice to have extra fans Concerns/negative Patio/backyard was full of weeds & shrubbery was overgrown, one of the sitting areas that was shown in the picture was missing so we had lack of seating, there was a broken table in the shrubbery & patio table not sturdy. Oven took 50 min to preheat and we had to buy silverware because there were not enough for our group of 8 people. Toilet handle got stuck a few times in master bathroom & was running. Shower curtain in master bathroom was stained No dish towels or dishwasher detergent. Hole in the wall in master bedroom. Coffee maker had leftover coffee grounds with mold growing Lots of large carpet stains on all 3 floors. I was told by host that carpet was being replaced on Thursday, the day before we came in. Garage had junk & old items around. Outside garage fridge was turned off. It was dirty, smelled bad & had drinks inside. The inside, much like outside seemed unkept & worn. I have used VBRO many times and have never encountered the lack of communication or the misrepresentation of pictures from the VBRO site.

Great house for a family girls trip!
Great location to meet up with family from the east coast and IL. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the house was perfect for 5 of us. Plenty of room to relax and the large dining table was perfect for games and crafts. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the patio was great for reading in the afternoon. Off street parking for 2 was great for our group. Kitchen was decently appointed; could use some pot holders, dish towels and mixing bowls for an even better experience. Keyless entry was about the only thing that didn’t work as it should have.

Short Stay After Volleyball Tournament
Our group stayed for just one night after we checked out of our hotel after playing in a volleyball tournament at the convention center nearby. Because it was a quick trip we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the house too much, but it provided us what we needed at a great price!

Good location, comfy, accomodating
A bunch of us stayed here to attend the OSU football game. The location is walking distance to the stadium, bars, coffee places and other things. The house is comfy. The owner let one of our guys check in early so he could get some rest. One small goof up was not enuf towels. But later we found out they were in the dryer. DOH! Boxes of kleenex in the bathrooms would be nice. A good stay!

We stayed here for my sister's Bachelorette party. It was such a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space and room for everyone to sleep! The check-in process was very easy! We would definitely stay here again!

I have been a VRBO user for over 15 years and this is the first time I'm writing a negative review. Two of the dining room chairs were broken, the outdoor table and bench were also broken. Big stains on the sofa. We bought chicken, dogs, burgers, brats, etc. to grill but there was no propane - why provide a grill if it cannot be used? There were no kitchen towels or potholders. Difficult to take hot pans out of the oven since we could not grill. No basics - salt/pepper, foil, plastic wrap or storage bowls. Very cheesy utensils. The laundry room was a disaster. Old appliances laying on their sides - weird. The outdoor spaces were a mess. Nothing had been weeded in a long time, bags of mulch laying around. Mold on the front steps and railings. The front porch area had not been swept - about 3" deep of leaves and crud at the entrance. Broken glass on the garage floor. The place was basically rode hard and put away wet. We were so disappointed because the pictures look so nice. Truly a misrepresentation of what you will be getting unless updates are made. On a positive note, the beds were comfy, the linens clean/soft and the major kitchen appliances were nice. There was good water pressure in the showers too. Maybe this would be good for a college crowd, but I stipulated why we were coming to the owner. He should have been honest about the tired condition of the home.
