« Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . »

« owner try to install us in a different room that we booked. A small "bed" placed into a dirty kitchen, with a window broken and a fan. I refuse and ask for the room booked, double bed with AC. After phone Cali, it was agree to move into the room booked even if a small bed was added. Wifi is very low, it remember me the modem's time. Place was dusty and water pressure was equal to wifi Info the batheroom there is an open space between the wall and the roof, open for mosquitos. »

« Wunderschönes Haus abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel. Trotzdem sind alle Lebensnotwendigen Dinge problemlos zu Fuß oder gegeben falls in wenigen Minuten mit den supergünstigen Tucktuck´s zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einem wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den Perfekten Urlaub. »

« We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. « One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

« Très bien équipé. Clim partout, télé, WIFI, ... Appartement grand : salon cuisine, buanderie, chambres séparées. Bruit de la route atténué. Piscine sur le toit (9ème) très agréable et en très bon état avec vue sur Colombo. Quartier éloigné du centre (compter 20' de tuk tuk) du Fort, mais pour le même tarif (120 € avec petit dej avec vue sur Colombo) la catégorie est une étoile en dessous et souvent sans petit dej. »

Hôtel bien et chambres propres et soignées

"La chambre était propre et la décoration soignée, tout était en très bon état, et le personnel a été sympathique. C'est peut-être un peu bruyant avec le train et la route en contrebas pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Aussi, la piscine manque d'installations, il n'y a que 4 transats pour tout l'immeuble. Et attention, il n'est plus possible de profiter des installations au delà de l'heure du check-out, l'étage étant accessible uniquement avec un badge."

"Très beau complexe, bien entretenu. Le personnel est au petit soins ce qui est très agréable. Belle piscine avec bar proposant chicha kaloud et cocktails. Majestueux hall avec bar intérieur et magasin de bijoux. De plus l’entrée et sécurisé. Pas de crainte foncée donc "

Amazing place

"Beautiful hôtel. A bit expansive but it's a five stars so it deserve it. The personnel iscbrillant and very kind. You are considered ad a number. From the pool bar. House-keeping, room service. Reception, and swimming pool bar is very nice. They look all the time.for your comfort. The nail"s istitut are very prossionnal. I will recommmand this hotel to anyone who wants to have beautiful vacations!"
