« Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat. »

They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. « I had some initial confusion about the address of the hotel. It was not listed on hotels.com and appeared as Lanshan Wangyue Homestay on Google maps. After communicating with staff via WeChat, the address was clarified for our DiDi driver. Despite this, our stay far exceeded expectations. The location sits among beautiful green mountains which you get to view through a wall to wall window from your room. The hotel is privately owned which I think is quite rare in China and has a boutique feel....
