« The cottage was amazing with a breathtaking view of the snow capped mountains!! It is conveniently located near Flagstaff and Grand Canyon but had an out-of-town feel. There was a sufficient amount of linens for our entire stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and pots/pans needed. The hosts were close enough to help if needed, but they didn’t bother us. We arrived a little early, and they allowed us to check in with no problem. I HIGHLY recommend this property!! »

« The property has beautiful views. It is clean inside and the owner provides everything needed in terms of kitchen supplies and even complimentary coffee. It is just as pictured, it is near the town, and it is also near many must do hikes. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it to others. »

« We rented the house because it was very close to an event we were attending in Payson. We loved it from the moment we stepped inside. The house is adorable! It's extremely clean. The beds and furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The backyard is an oasis of serenity and privacy. The fireplace is the cherry on top. « My husband and I spent four nights at Ivonne's cottage. The property was just as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is tranquil and close to restaurants, stores, and shops. The space was very open and comfortable. Ivonne had little extras like breakfast bars, water, and chocolate. We would stay here again! »

« We loved this location the first time we stayed last summer, so we were fortunate to be able to book a sudden getaway. Just what we needed. We enjoyed a rainy day with games and TV and cooking. Our second day was warmer and sunny. Everything was provided. »

« Great place in a great location that is very close to everything in town and close to all of the great hiking trails that are all over this wonderful city. It might be a smaller VRBO, but it's big enough to accommodate two fairly big people and has all the amenities needed for a lengthy trip - kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bed, living room area, patio table and driveway are all proper. Thank you very much! We'll try to see you again very soon, will try to make a fall trip in 2026. »

« We had such a nice stay! The place was clean and inviting, and we had everything we needed. We were lucky enough to get a snow storm the first night, and it was so amazing to be able to look out and see the beauty of everything blanketed in snow while we enjoyed the cozy and warm inside! I would totally go back again…and again. »

« Great location, beautiful home, fantastic property manager! Able to walk to many restaurants, shops, and antique stores. Very cozy home and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay on subsequent visits!! »

« Très beau cadre. Il y a beaucoup d’activités: basket, mini-putt, piscine. On peut faire son lavage aussi. Le resort offre la première brassée. On a grandement aimé et on recommande. »
