« This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. »

« The house is adorable. I don't remember if it was mentioned in the description how many steps there are to get up to the house. In the winter that made it a little tougher. I still love the house. It could use a really good cleaning, vents, and the bathroom fan. Also, it would be nice to put a mattress cover on the bed. I would definitely stay there again as I loved the house. « While it’s in a neighborhood, it’s so quiet that you hardly even notice. The views from the large windows are absolutely fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for all of us. Each room has a nice TV, though the WiFi isn’t the strongest, and some streaming services lagged when we watched a movie. « The house was in a nice location. Very close to downtown. We went for the hockey game and was about a 15-20 minute drive to the ball arena. It was also nice to have a little patio to hang out on outside as well. The host was also easy to get ahold of for any questions. The only downfall to the stay is the cleaniness. We found cigarettes in the couch. Could use a good deep clean and would be the perfect spot! »

« This was such a cute perfect stay for my husband and I and our pup. Enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and the house in general! So cozy and loved the nice kitchen and the bedroom with the vaulted ceiling. A great price and we will be back! My only complaint was the need to update the living room couch.
