« The staff are amazingly pleasant to deal with. When we arrived the air conditioner in our room was dripping water onto the couch and we were instantly moved to another room. Later, the WiFi in the room was too weak for my notebook to use and they quickly installed a router to make working there possible (Thanks!). « Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »

« The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. But the unit is nice and clean. Hotels.com doesn't also tell you that there...

« Property is new, clean, roomy. Can cook and wash clothes. This is not a hotel so you cannot arrive early and leave your luggage while you explore. The condo manager left us the wrong keys after checking in so when we returned after eating, shopping, etc. we could not get back into our room. It took about an hour for the front office to locate the condo owner/manager and her to finally arrive with the right keys. No apology for inconvenience. The drain in the master shower did not work.
