« This was, hands down, our best visit and best rental in Manasota. The stairs were a bit daunting at first, but the amazing views made the climb worth the effort. Everything in the unit felt new, fresh and clean. Each of the 3 balconies has a lovely view of the gulf or the bay, so sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. We very much appreciated the pool on the few days where red tide made the beach impossible. Overall, we had such a great time that we have already booked for 2026. »

« The apartment is comfortable. The porch overlooking the beach is wonderful . Unfortunately, the damage from the hurricane is up and down the beach and definitely makes the area less desirable. That’s not the fault of the owner . The owner could have been more forthright about the damage though. We were shocked at the devastation. »

The communication up to that point was great, property was clean, and check in was easy. The property manager was good about moving us and communication through the process was excellent. « We had a great week in this beach condo and on Captiva Is. Marcus was very responsive to any questions and timely in updates to ongoing repairs to the elevator for the building. It was finally completed just before arrival and the crew was still working on the 2300 building when we left. The condo is clean, simple, and has just enough cookware to make a couple of basic meals. We did make use of the vacuum for the inevitable sand being tracked in. There is still reconstruction going on all around...

« Only stayed for a few days but didn't want to leave. The cottage was very nice for the two of us, just the right size and the walk to the beach was not a problem. We did not drive (and use the beach pass) and walked it twice a day. Everything about the stay was fabulous and the beach was amazing (shells, Shells and MORE SHELLS) and there was almost no one there. We walked for miles along the beach and saw, at most, maybe 20 other people. »
