« Location of this place is outstanding, a nice easy walk into the center of the historical area and to a small nearby food market. The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. We continuously had problems with the Wi-Fi service, and though the owner was promptly responsive in regard to checking in and out there was zero response to our Wi-Fi questions. « We stayed two nights and arrived late the first night which was well handled by the staff. When we walked out our door the next morning the palazzo grande and the antique market were right there. It was close to everything. Only detractor was the smell when we opened the window. We would recommend the apartment for your visit to Arezzo and also to visit during the antique market. It was an excellent experience. »

« Nice rustic and quainte atmosphere. We had to check out early because my partner was allergic to the room. You know old "castles" can be damp. My partner is very allergic to mold and mildew and we had to leave after 2 nights. The only other problem was I kept hitting my head on the beam in the loft where the bed was. The place was clean. Great location. »

« The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services. »
