A friend of mine and I stayed here for a week for a remote working staycation and were more than satisfied! This place does so many small things right: HDMI cable already on the TV, dinner tray in the closet, spices other than salt (onion powder, season all: foundational but bring more for specific dishes), and a photo album with the history of the place.
The views are great with large windows and a covered deck to watch them from, and I recommend looking up low and high tide hours so you can plan a nice walk on the rocky beach. Fireplace and heaters keep everything nice and toasty, the only thing is some of the floorboard heaters are quite close to outlet so bring some extension cords. Furniture (couch, beds) are very comfortable and great for lounging watching tv or doing a puzzle on the dining room table. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and Tupperware, though has limited knife options. The pictures don't show, but there's also a Keurig coffee maker, fancy blender, toaster, and a slow cooker.
This was a great blend of novelty without sacrificing comfort.
