"The hotel is really old and more like a -3 star hotel. I think the staff is doing their best but it’s very far away from 5star service, they are simply not trained well. We had interconnected rooms that worked well on the 7th floor with two kids. The elevators are probably from the 80ths and I was scared each time we had to go. The pools were old, and smelly / dirty and so bad none of us wanted to swim. Would definitely not let our kids swim in the pools. The beach is wonderful! And location is stunning. It was absolutely not worth the money and we won’t return. "

"Ein sehr schönes, mittelgroßes Hotel in bester Strandlage. Die Bucht von Cala Galdana mit perfektem Strand ohne Dreck und Schlick ist direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Tolle Poolanlage mit mehreren Pools und zahlreichen Liegen. Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr vielseitig und reichlich. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen das Hotel. "

"Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett. "
