Great location. Charming, clean house.
The house was very clean. The lake views are amazing. The upstairs bedrooms are so beautiful. The only thing I could recommend is more exterior lighting (there was only one weak light outside the front door working) and maybe warn people that the entrance to the driveway is steep at the top and you cannot see it al all at night.

Beautiful Lake House
We had such a great time at this lake house. The views were great from almost every room. It was very private on dead end street with a nice dock to sit on. There are two decks that have great views and everything you need for a great vacation with quiet beautiful surroundings. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future with the family!

Spent 2 nights at this home on the lake. Very clean and well appointed inside but does need some cleanup and maintenance on the exterior. Neither screen door would work and patio chair pads need replaced or removed. Recommend the property for it's open floor plan and lake views.

Great house, dock and location
The house was great! We particularly enjoyed the porch, where we ate all our meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and nice, the giant sectional and TV in the den were perfect for college football, and the basement ping pong table was a fun bonus! The dock was great for our boat and it's on a beautiful area of the lake. We will definitely stay again!

Nice indoors. Windows are gross. Full of bugs so you could not put shades up. Mold on chair cushions on deck. Dock had a board missing. Could not close screen doors on slider doors. Kitchen well stocked. Nice bedrooms and game room fun.with some clean up would be amazing

Over all it is a great house. The circle drive was tight for a large vehicle or if you have a boat and trailer with you. The kitchen needs more lighting very dark at night. Otherwise everything was good!

Relaxing!!!
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The house was very clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The private boat dock is only a few steps away from the house. They have multiple smart tv's throughout the house and the Wi-Fi worked great. We can't wait to go again next year!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND GREAT HOSTS!!!!
WOW!!! Just WOW!!! Pictures don't really do this place justice. Really just a beautiful place in a quiet cove on the lake. Rooms are oversized and all bedding was really nice as well. Super clean and the recent renovations were all tastefully done. The covered decks were awesome for chilling out and enjoying the cool mornings/evenings with just a cool nature vibe to the whole place. Short paved walk to the dock where we were able to swim and chill with plenty of wildlife around...even a bald eagle sighting or two. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and Gabrielle was an awesome host and very responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will be back next year!!!!

Total Relaxation
This was the perfect place for our family, including grandparents, to spend some quality time together. The grandparents didn't have to deal with stairs on the main floor or to get to the dock. It is the perfect cove for a family to play in. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lots of room!
We had 6 adults and two babies. The house is very spacious and we had ample room to hang out and not feel crowded. The large dock was perfect for our boat and paddle boards. The setting was very peaceful and conveniently located across the cove from a boat ramp. We had two trucks (one with a trailer) and two mini vans. Though driveway is a bit tight, there was room to park by the house and at top of driveway.

Perfect!
We rented this house for a girls weekend/Bible study. The communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and kind. They even allowed us to check in early. The house itself was exactly as pictured. It was gorgeous, and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. There was no dirt to be found on anything. Everything you can think of was furnished by them. All the cookware and utensils you would ever need, plus they even supplied spices, coffee, cleaning products, cooking oils, etc. There was even body wash in each bathroom! I can’t say enough good things about them. The views were spectacular! There were two decks that overlooked the lake. There was a private dock that we enjoyed sitting on when the moon was full. There was ping pong in the basement. If you are on the fence about this place- just do it! You will not regret it. We are already planning to go back again!

Perfect Family Getaway!!
We absolutely loved this property!! The house was spacious and allowed all 4 of us our own space to unwind. The doc was perfect for our boat as well as our kayaks. Kids loved the ping pong table in the basement while my boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the upper level decks that look out to the lake!! We Will definitely be scheduling another stay here next summer!!

The house was perfect, Beautiful setting, lots of wildlife, which made it very enjoyable. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of space for a larger group. Definitely peaceful & quiet. The area could use more restaurants & gas stations to stay open later, 9:00 is a bit to early to closeup. We used the Dollar store the most. Definitely going back, going to stop at Sams stock up, bringing our food with us. Wish they had a boat rental in that area, we had a dock, but no place to rent a boat that we could park it at our dock.😜 Kentucky lake has the the best marina Lots of choices, best prices, great service, very friendly. Definitely going back THERE 5 Stars to them

Clean house and relaxing area to stay.
Very clean house inside. The basement is being renovated and there was building debris outside. The walkway to the dock is in need of repair, some sections are falling apart. The house could use some games and puzzles when it rains, or even extra stuff like a canoe or kayak for the lake. The house isn't far from local restaurants or the grocery store. Convenient location to land between the lakes and other local sites. Enjoyed being on the lake and the beautiful views. All in all, the house is very clean and it is a very relaxing area to stay.
