The cabin was very clean, cute and cozy. I liked the location in proximity to the state park and away from traffic. The price was amazing considering how much we enjoyed the cabin.

The property didn’t appear to have been deep cleaned in some time. We still enjoyed our stay but the hot tub and cabin both needed a deep cleaning. The front steps were broken and one of the showers wouldn’t drain until long after you showered. Lots of stuff under the beds in the kid room and a huge sticky spot on the carpet in that room. All a round the roads of the property and wooded areas, there was a lot of trash. The cabin could be nice but needs some repairs and a good clean. I feel like if you have to pay a cleaning fee, it should be utilized.

Great spot very close to State park
Was wonderful, everything was as advertised,clean and had everything you need for the kitchen, salt and pepper also had sugar but if you need anything extra to cook definitely bring that along. I would definitely recommend anyone with family and friends to come stay here , host was great with communication I that was greatly appreciated.

Great time in Broken Bow
Very nice place. Not in the newer section of BB, but that plus made it more affordable...good thing. The cabin was clean and well stocked with necessities and even some extras. Extra bedding in the closets. The selection of cooking equipment was larger than normal. Beds comfortable. A/V was a bit complicated, but the instructions provided helped. Fenced backyard managed to keep 2 small dogs in the yard. We had a question and the host answered promptly. Thank you for offering a very nice place.

Just a place to stay
There was nothing Luxury about this cabin. It was just a place to stay for our family while visiting Broken Bow area. It was not clean, I found trash from prior visitors under the couches and beds. There was dust all on the base boards and on the ceilings next to the AC registers. The AC was SET at 72 and with the heat outside approaching 100s, it remained warm in the cabin instead of cooling off.

The cabin looks great on the website. The property is located on a road with several duplexes where people live full time. The street was actually busy, and we noticed the same cars traveling up and down the dirt road every night. You can hear the cars from the busy main road also.The second night of our stay we had precipitation. The roof in the bunk room started leaking water from the ceiling. We moved the kids out of the room, and put out things to catch the water. The property manager was responsive the following day, and said they would arrange to tarp the roof. The next day we tried to make a breakfast casserole for the family, only to find out the oven did not work. Not only did the oven not work, but the oven door does not open all the way due to hitting the trim along the wall. The jets were only working on one side of the hot tub, and the only bedroom ceiling fan working was in the master bedroom. When the repairman came to tarp the roof we pointed out and made note of the other items not working. He stated he was only there to put a tarp on the roof (understandable), but took the time to walk around and look at the other items to confirm. I believe his name was Sean? He was very helpful and polite. We had rain again on the third night, and unfortunately the tarp did not help. Water leaking in the same room again, and we had to move the kids in with us. I understand things happen, and this wasn’t a mansion in Beverly Hills. This really ruined the vacation for us.

Amazing cabin!
This cabin was perfect for us. It was clean and in a great area. We loved it. Definitely will return when we go back to Broken Bow!
