« Location is the best asset. Bedroom was fine but very little character and located on the ground floor we could hear some AC noise right outside our window with no view. Breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choice and service was mainly done by youngsters on training trying their very best. Worst experience was dinner especially puddings. We complained and after talking to manager and cook, it was taken off our bill. »

« Quaint cottage and staff were polite. The room we stayed in was nice and bright. There was a very bad damp problem in the en suite especially above the shower, not just on the ceiling but the shower sealant was all black and the bottom of the shower door had not even been cleaned of all the mould. The shower was very powerful and water hot. Skirting of the bedroom was missing exposing the gap between floor and ceiling.
