« Three Points Ranch was the perfect place for my family to stay while we attended an A&M game. The location was great because we were not in the midst of all of the traffic, and Kyle Field was a short drive. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped, and the amenities were exactly as described, making our trip truly enjoyable. We especially loved the fun game room and the breathtaking views. The check-in process was seamless, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone! »

« I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them...

« We recently stayed at Double K Lodging and had a great experience. Double K is located out in the countryside close to Round Top. There are three cabins available to rent, all located in a beautiful bucolic setting near a large pond, but with plenty of space separating them. We stayed in the Farmhouse which is right next to shore of the pond and it was cozy, clean, & comfortable. There is also a very nice pool near the cabins which we enjoyed during our stay. « We had a great experience with this rental. The only thing we could think of as a slight negative is the lack of a box of Kleenex!! Great kitchen for making breakfast and a couple dinners. Plenty of comfy beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. Location was peaceful but not too far from town. We enjoyed the visiting deer. Would stay again and recommend it! »

« If you want an awesome weekend get away that isn't too far from your home, I highly highly recommend this place, especially with kids! My kids had so much fun paddle boarding, fishing, playing with the cows and other animals, chasing after the turkeys and peacocks, and playing with Bailey and Biscuit the farm dogs who are super friendly! They will literally come say good morning to you! But what truly made this place special were the people. Especially Monica, she went above and beyond to make...

« My whole family spent a long weekend at this great property. It was too short of a time. We played pickle ball, swam, played board games and had a great time. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for the 12 of us to spread out. We would definitely recommend this property for a large group. »

« It was such a great place for a extremely relaxing stay! Brent, Monica, and Hugo were all amazing! They were always out and about and never once didnt ask if we needed something or was there to assist! Son loved the animals, pool, lake, everything! His favorite of course was the snack room!
