« We loved this darling downtown apartment. It was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The layout of this second floor apartment is perfect for maximizing the space. Proximity to downtown allowed for walk ability to everything downtown golden has to offer. The view of south table mountain is amazing I will definitely try to stay here again. »

« Love the location and property! Great neighborhood (whole food type) grocery stores directly across the street. Very nicely furnished residence. Very comfortable beds! Very easy check in/out process and VERY attentive property management. Single issue: the fan remote controls don’t work or are too confusing, that’s it! Thanks! »

« Nice, bright, and airy studio. Great location one block off the main drag downtown ( one block from the Table Mountain Inn). Quiet and has dedicated parking. It IS up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Has a washer and dryer and dishwasher if needed. Only one minor quibble: could use a full length mirror. »

« My daughter and I stayed here and it was fantastic. Easy check in process and plenty of room for more than 2. A bottle of wine, bowl of fruit, cheese, crackers, and other goodies/snacks awaited us. That was so awesome and not expected. 2 bedrooms with power strips so no issues with plugging in laptops, phone charges, etc. Place was clean and really had a ‘fell like home vibe’. « The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay.
