„Our Apartment was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit (City map,eating recommandations, General and helpful Information for tourists etc). A Espresso maker with coffee was also provided :) Check in Communication was Smooth and friendly. Even though it was very central located our window was facing a relatively quiet ally, so all good. Bet was comfy, and everything was clean. Would stay there again. Thank you!“

„We had a very nice stay at Casa del Laureato. We were worried at first because the building was nondescript but upon entering the door we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious, modern, cozy and organized. The big window was a huge plus, the bed was comfortable, the heating worked, necessities were available in the kitchen, there was a washer, a smart tv, the wifi worked. „Sehr netter Kontakt mit Roberto. Viele gute Informationen von ihm. Man merkt, er liebt seine Stadt! Die Wohnung ist gut, auch zu Fuß, von der Innenstadt zu erreichen. Check in und out problemlos. Kaffee, Tee und Grundzutaten fürs kochen sind vorhanden. Bequemes Bett, Bad ausreichend groß mit Waschmaschine.“

„Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Zentrale Lage. Unkomplizierter Check in. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und Sauberkeit. Gute Betten. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir problemlos eine zweite Bettdecke. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Und das Geschirr war leider nicht 100% sauber.“

„Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist: der Parkplatz, wie in der FeWo Anzeige, ist nicht vorhanden. Die weißen Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind meistens belegt. Von der Wohnung zum Stadtzentrum ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Bis auf den nicht vorhandenen Parkplatz kann ich die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.“
