Nice Home. Very spacious.
This property was just as pictured. With the weather I wish the property owners would’ve taken the 6” sheets of ice and snow off the walkway. We had to be so careful there was absolutely no where to safely walk the entire weekend. The check-in process was grueling and incredibly invasive of our privacy. I won’t be using avant- stay again.

We had a wonderful time! We were a group of 8 and the house was very spacious, great rooms with plenty of beds. SUPER clean and full of light during the day. The communication with Avantstay was easy and quick! I highly recommend this property!

My Wonderful Birthday
Last weekend I celebrated my birthday in a cozy House in the woods with my family, and it was an absolutely magical experience! This House was nestled in a forest, just a short walk (10-15 min) from a beautiful Lake Harmony. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. The Nest at Brier Crest itself was charming and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days exploring the forest trails, enjoying the fresh air, and relaxing by the lake. The evenings were spent around the fireplace, sharing stories and laughter. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a memorable getaway with family, I highly recommend spending it in this Nest in the woods near a lake. It's the perfect place to celebrate and create lasting memories!

Most beautiful property quiet and oeaceful
It was the most wonderful time we had on vacation. I am terminal and we would go out early morning and stay out til til early dusk and sit and watch the deer I. The Front driveway. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was nice not to hear the screaming and yelling of a bunch of teenage and younger kids on a boardwalk or fireworks going off all night like we do at the beach. The house was beautiful and just like what you see on the website. The area is a little misleading in the photos I believed we would have more space between houses but the other houses are close. Despite this we had an amazing time. The place is close to many attractions, little malls or plazas and close to food shopping. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The house is amazing. It’s better than described. Super clean and had extra touches of bath towels and toiletries! Kitchen was stocked but we also brought our own. Clear instructions and places to visit and eat provided! Plenty of room to spread out. Easily combine multiple families.

This property was the perfect size for 8 adults. Plenty of rooms. It had all the amenities for a quick weekend getaway. We only needed to bring our clothes and food. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and we had plenty of room. One small suggestion is to buy more forks and upgrade the kitchen knives. We cooked a lot, so 8 forks were not enough for our party of 9. But we loved the place and will be coming back.

A group of 12 of us had the opportunity to stay at this very spacious home up the mountains. We all had a great time and had plenty of room in the house. We went skiing at Jack Frost only 14 minutes away. Went out to Lake Harmony that was only 5 minutes away. The host was very pleasant and helpful. I absolutely recommend. Great price for the stay.

Great Pocono Experience
The property was great! Spacious enough for our family of 11! There was space enough to come together as an entire group & separate when needed. Kitchen full equipment to prepare large family meals and the children loved the game room and fire Pitt. Only a few minutes from Big Boulder Ski resort but be sure to book ahead online for lessons if needed. The only opportunity area would be the hot water. We scheduled showers as the owner mentioned it ahead of the reservation date but even with staggered showers the water was not hot. It was tolerable for some but definitely not hot. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely revisit the property.

Perfect getaway
This property was amazing. The bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen is a great size for multiple families to gather and talk while cooking and the kids loved the game room. Some deer friends came to say hello which was such a great experience for the kids. Will be coming back to this house many times to come.

The place place was accurate to the pictures which was a good thing. A lot of was included such as linens, kitchen essentials and firewood which makes things easier for you as the renter! Response time for any issues was quick as well
