Fabulous stay in Bend
Quincy Place was clean, luxurious and spacious. The kitchen had the most cooking and baking equipment I have ever experienced, which was a bonus for preparing Thanksgiving dinner for 6. We enjoyed our family time in the dining and living room, turned on the gas fireplace for cozy evenings.

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and it was spacious for a big group of people. The only thing I might change to the place is a bigger couch or sectional in the living room because space is limited for a big group of people in that area. Everything else was great though and we’d definitely stay again!

Home was great, location was amazing. Neighborhood felt safe and accomodating. However, there was a foul smell coming from the sink taking over the kitchen and dining area making it uncomfortable to eat in that area. Other than that great home and great experience.

Great cozy stay
Great experience overall! Very cozy place with ample amenities. Heres an overall pro/con list regarding my experience: Pros: - Good space and view - Decently well stocked kitchen accessories, and an outdoor grill connected to the gas line that makes cooking easier than at most rental properties. - Large garage space for gear or equipment. - Very close to most attractions in the area. - Gas lit fireplace in living room that is slaved to a light switch; super easy to use and very comfortable. - Quiet, very peaceful neighborhood. - Washer and Dryer set fully stocked with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Very much appreciated. - Hot water always available and quick Cons: - Steep driveway. Can be very hard to get a car to the garage when its snowing, so youll likely have to park on the street if it snows. - No plowing service. If it snows, you clear it by hand using just a small snow shovel. Would be nice if 2-3 were available. - Textured countertop in kitchen. If you cook a lot, its a pain to clean after preparing a meal. - Some drains were slow to empty in the showers. - Recommend replacing master bedroom shower head - A bit too soft master bed Would highly recommend! Great rental!

Bend Wedding Stay
The house was brautiful, centrally located, and just what we needed for our son and daughter in law's wedding week. We had a brief power outage which caused the fire alarms to go off, but the property management service was on it immediately via text, and was able to shut off the alarms promptly via remote access. We would definately stay again as the house was very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. Thanks again for giving us one less thing to worry about during the days leading up to, and after an amazing wedding week.

Prime location that feels like home as well.
My best friend and I had a guys weekend in Bend. We were looking for a good place that was easy to get around to Breweries and downtown shops and restaurants...it delivered! The location is fantastic... within a 20min walk of downtown and many places even closer. The place was super comfy and spacious...it felt like a place you could call home. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen well stocked, and the host was very great at communication. I'd highly recommend this house, and I'm hoping it's available for the next time I come to Bend.

Great House, Great Location
We loved the house and the location. It is a short walk to parks, restaurants and shopping. There are nice views from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is well supplied for your cooking needs. We will definitely come back next time we are in Bend.

Great July 4th Vacay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4 and the fenced yard was a big plus for our dog. The location was excellent, an easy walk to the Newport market, restaurants and downtown. The best part was the patio and beautiful view to enjoy our morning coffee overlooking the west Bend skyline. The owner was very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was seamless. We will definitely stay again!

West Hills Gem
Great place to stay in Bend, close to downtown and nice views. Newer home, very clean and everything in working order (very rare for rentals). The only negative is no tv in bedrooms.

Northwest Bend
Great property especially if you have a furry one with you. Enclosed backyard and close proximity to dog park and many walking opportunities. Walk down the street to Newport corridor for coffee, food, market - great bakery. And really just a fifteen minute walk to Galveston or town. Nice being up the hill a little for the view and great to have a garage for colder, snowier days. Property is probably best viewed as a 2 bedroom. The third bedroom off the main floor is more of an office but could serve well for kids.

Comfortable Feeling of Home
We enjoyed our stay! Jeff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. It is so nice to stay somewhere where you know you are cared about. We cooked a lot during our stay and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Several members of my family said how much it felt like a home, not just a house. Comfy and cozy with the gas fireplace!

A very Merry Christmas away from home
Our family of 4 wanted to spend the holiday away in the snow. Bend and this location delivered! Clean, nice house. Great location. We brought our dog too, everything worked out great. Ran in to trouble with the laundry machine but communicated with owner. While it was not repaired during our visit, he explained and apologized for the inconvenience. The fireplace was very cozy. Driveway is steep and can be slick under ice and snow. We would definitely rent this home again!

Quiet Thanksgiving
My husband, two teenagers, my mom, and my two dogs (5 yo and 7 month old) stayed for Thanksgiving. Close to a lot. Walking distance to Backporch Coffee and Newport Ave Market (if you don't mind the uphill climb back to the house). And the dogs LOVED the backyard. Great, restful few days. Thank you so much!

Frustrating Check In
We checked in later in the afternoon than we were allowed, I read the instructions thoroughly and made sure we followed each step for the keypad on the door, we all tried the code on the instructions several times and triple checked the sequence in the numbers and the code was incorrect. We tried calling the property owners cell # listed and nobody answered. Tried texting with no answer. Finally over an hour after sitting in the cold waiting for someone to call back or respond my husband tried the key code in a different sequence than what was said on the instructions and got into the house. I just feel like if you have someone renting your home and they’re calling you and texting you, you should at least anticipate someone reaching out while there’s someone occupying your property. If you can’t anticipate that, then you at least need to go through a management company that has an emergency 24 hour #. It’s not like I called for no reason, and we stay in Bend/Sunriver multiple times per year and we’ve never had this problem. Nobody even reached out to apologize that they never got back to us. Complete radio silence. The whole situation was a little frustrating.

It was a very enjoyable stay we had in Bend. Our 2 adult children and a spouse and a dog made up our group. The house was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was completely outfitted (we appreciated the coffee and tea choices). Even though there was a little hiccup while we were there, Jeff was there to be sure we were comfortable, had all we needed, and were well informed with what was going on. And yes, we would stay here again!
