Animaux acceptés Riverside Retreat

Situé dans un cul-de-sac juste une maison de retour des belles mangroves de l'estuaire de Barwon, cette modeste maison d'inspiration française a été récemment rénové en conservant tout le charme d'origine, mais l'intégrer dans un style moderne et luxueux.

La cuisine et les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées et sont lumineuses, aérées et comprennent des appareils modernes. Le salon, salle à manger et 4 chambres donnent sur un barbecue en plein air massif et espace ludique. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et comprennent des peignoirs intégrés. Deux des 4 chambres ont suites avec salle de et la salle de bains, qui comprend un bain, les services de deux autres chambres.

La maison dispose de système de climatisation split ainsi que hydronique-chauffage dans l'ensemble. Un garage double verrouillage garantit les véhicules peuvent être stockés en toute sécurité.

La maison est située sur un grand bloc de 1000 mètres carrés avec un beau jardin de style cottage entièrement clôturée pour vous détendre. Il y a amplement d'espace et beaucoup d'ombre pour vos animaux de compagnie. La zone de divertissement en plein air est une caractéristique de cette propriété et la zone ponté massif comporte à la fois des zones ouvertes et secrètes - parfait pour une escapade calme et reposant.

Profitez de promenades avec les chiens le long des trottoirs de l'estuaire Barwon ou prendre un court trajet en voiture à la plage de chien désigné juste après le 13e club de plage de sauvetage. Il y a des activités a-plein à Barwon Heads, ainsi qu'un café en plein essor et de la bande de détail sur Hitchcock Avenue - qui est également à distance de marche.

High expectations were met
Looked like a slam dunk from the pics and the reviews and it was everything we hoped for. Slight hiccup getting the entrance details but that was sorted just before we pulled up at the front gate so no drama there. Tim was quick to respond both times we reached out via the app. Hydronic heating was sensational. Only negative was the rear bedroom next to the living room has no heating at all. Being Sept it was just ok.

The property was everything as promised. In a great location and very clean. Everything was in the house that you needed for your stay. It has a very private backyard and fully fenced for your dog. My family and I has a lovely 2 night stay. We loved the house and the location.

A very pleasant weekend away in Barwon heads. The property presently excellently, comfortably warm, clean, spacious, all the modern conveniences, great coffee machine and a wonderful fireplace. All we needed for an enjoyable family weekend away where the inclement weather was hardly a factor. Pet friendly was a big tick, thank you. Would love to stay again in the future.

A wonderful, bright, roomy house in quiet area of Barwon Heads. Would suit several family groups or just a quiet get away for a couple and their pooch as was the case for us. We booked this beautiful house for our wedding weekend, for the bride and some friends/family to stay at. The house was perfect and our wedding photos getting ready on the day are stunning with this house as the backdrop! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to host our friends/family for a few nights away. The host Tim was also excellent.

We had the most magical stay ! We used this house as our base for getting ready and celebrating our micro wedding in Barwon heads Not only it’s this property beautiful it is so comfortable and welcoming ! Tim was absolutely beautiful in helping us and our puppy Mabel was able to attend our wedding because she was able to stay in this awesome property with beautiful secure pet space Our 11 month old had an amazing time too. Fantastic place to relax
The property has such a wonderful welcoming feel about it. Plenty of space both inside and out. Great backyard for enjoying a warm evening and it was perfect for our dog. Great house, well designed, great being able to bring along the dog!
We had a great stay. The house has good sized bedrooms, a really nice entertaining space/kitchen and a nice deck that catches the afternoon sun. Our whole family really enjoyed the space and loved hitting up different nearby beaches each day. Would definitely visit again.

Brilliant - We'll be back!
We absolutely loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for our two families and the location was a nice walk in either direction to the river. The adults appreciated the quality of the kitchen appliances, supplied utensils, pantry basics (such as oil and sauce) pillows, excellent heating and the large deck to enjoy the patches of sunshine we got. The kids enjoyed the enclosed yard and the table tennis table! We are looking forward to booking again and bringing our dogs next time.

Better than the photos!
We recently stayed at this beautiful home for a family wedding. So incredibly functional, we were 5 adults and a baby. We were never on top of each other, all family units had their own toilet and shower facilities. The bedrooms are huge. It was much better than the photos could depict which is surprising because it’s often the other way around! We will be back to stay again and again.

Special birthday
My family and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a milestone birthday. A wonderful playground was within walking distance and it was about a 30 minute walk to the ice cream shop with small children. The amenities and appliances were first class and the owners were readily contactable when we needed them on a couple of occasions. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tim and Georgia.
