"Well located, quiet and very tidy. Room was clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when next in Grafton."

"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. ..."
