Wonderful Property
This place is wonderful. On the outside-Magnificent views of Mt Equinox, horses in the fields nearby, beautifully maintained flowers around the house, and an overall truly lovely setting. We spent many hours just sitting on the back porch and looking at the mountain view. On the inside, high quality furnishings, extremely comfortable beds, and a kitchen with a Jenn-Air cooktop and oven, a Bosch dishwasher, a Maytag French Door refrigerator, and well supplied cookware and utensils. It simply does not look like a rental- much more like someone's primary home. Our only criticism would be that for a 5 bedroom house, it only has two bathrooms and only tub showers, no stall showers. For a close family, this may well be fine, but for unrelated groups, this may be an issue- one bathroom is upstairs with the master and the other is downstairs with four double bedrooms. So as many as 8 people downstairs would have to share one bathroom there. Another issue is that the master bedroom has no closet or shelving for clothing, only a portable clothes rack. But these are really quibbles, and we would definitely return since these issues are eclipsed by the overall beauty and quality of the place. HenryB

The area is beautiful, the home was spacious and clean. Sitting on the patio or hanging in the living room; we had plenty of space and could enjoy our whole family.

Mice and ladybug infestation
The house physically seemed fine, and I liked the whimsy of having framed comic books in the dining room. The downsides were significant. Specifically, (i) no lights on the second floor den (I was told we could carry lamps from other floors into it), (ii) very minimal lights in the living room -- rendering it a dark twilight once the sun went down, with little ability to read or see anything, (iii) mice in the kitchen (I took many pictures of them), running around at night, and getting into our food, and (iv) a ladybug infestation in the master bedroom on the second floor. I communicated these problems to the manager, and they were unresponsive/indifferent (other than suggesting I could carry lamps around the house).

Overall, the property was lovely and as advertised. While the property was clean when we arrived, we found a dead field mouse on a trap in the garage when we first entered. Didn't think much of it as we are used to field mice in the winter. However, later that evening as we were preparing dinner, we found mice droppings in the lazy susan where flour, salt, vinegar, etc. were stored. We also found in one of the drawers, the mice had gotten into a bag of beans that were ripped open and in the drawer. We also found that the mice ate through bags of chips, cookies, etc. that were stored in the food pantry next to the refrigerator. In other words, there were several mice in the house. As an additional comment, the kitchen could use a couple of large cooking pots -- we were really challenged in preparing a Thanksgiving day meal. Other than this we enjoyed the property

Great house & location
Would definitely recommend staying here. The house was even better than the pictures. Awesome kitchen and dining room perfect for big groups. Short drive (10 mins) to Manchester and close to skiing.

Winter Wonderland
We had a few families staying together for a long weekend during an ice storm. Thankfully they had a whole house generator which turned on almost immediately when the power went out. There was plenty of room in the house to accommodate all of our needs. The front hill was so much fun for sledding and the firepit outside was great to warm up by in between rides. The inside of the house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful views both day and night.

We had a lovely time! I would say for the nightly cost you could have better towels for the guests (think hotel style instead of gym shower towels). For 10 guests we ran out of wine glasses and seating in the living room. Other than that we had a blast!! Thank you!

Perfect spot for 3 couples
We had a wonderful time at The Azimuth in Sunderland. There were 6 adults and we all had plenty of room to spread out and relax, but most of our time was spent in front of the fire or cooking in the kitchen. The pictures of the inside are very accurate, it's a great layout but the pictures of the outside don't do the view justice! The mountains across the street are amazing- we had snow come through one night and top half of the mountains stayed covered with snow, they were beautiful. We love all of the outlets, restaurants and shops in Manchester and this home is a short drive into town. We also went hiking at Lyle Brook park and would recommend it. All of us agreed this was the nicest rental we've had over the last 10 years and plan on being back next fall!

Sticklers for details! This home was equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very inviting for all of us to chill in, dining room table spacious, then we had the fireplace and fire pit.....amazing! We will be back again!! This is a gorgeous home with lots of space to spread out and relax or play a game. We would have loved a bit of shade on gorgeous deck... could not work the awning and no umbrella at table. Other than that, lovely , lovely house.

Amazing stay!
Best weekend getaway!!! The house was clean, the perfect layout for a big group and in a great location (less than 10 min drive to the heart of Manchester). Highlight was the incredible view and outdoor space/fire pit! Would highly recommend :)

Spectacular
A get away weekend to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday! This house was spectacular and everything was as pictured. My mom had tears in her eyes upon walking in! The views are breath taking and sitting out on the patio was our favorite- morning coffee and evening camp fires! The layout of the house was great, beds/ linens etc super comfortable! Kitchen stocked decent enough with pots, pans, dishes etc. A few quirky items- 4 bedrooms on main level get quite warm. There is air conditioning on top level bedroom but didn’t have on main level so those rooms were a bit warm at night. There are no screens in windows to open for airflow. Some spices in kitchen but out of basic salt/ pepper so we purchased some and left it there along with grill brush which had zero bristles on it to clean the grill before use so we purchased one in town. Again, not deal breakers but little things that I would think a rental of this spectacular setting would not overlook. Would 100% rent this place again! It was magnificent and we found lots to do in the area! It was an amazing memory filled weekend!

Another winter trip in the books
Amazing property . accurately described. Front lawn is huge with plenty of room for sledding and tubing. Close to everything. 10 min drive to Manchester village , 20 mins to Bromley and 35 mins to Stratton. Long driveway that if iced, make sure you have a awd or 4wd vehicle. House is full of character and plenty big for a big family. Would come back again for sure
