„トレーラーハウスなので、ホテル程の綺麗さは望めません。 しかし、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたり、無料のシャワーや更衣室、洗濯機(洗剤は自分で調達)もあって、ギリギリまで遊ばせてもらうことができました。スタッフの方は、近隣の説明もしてくれたり、とても親切です。 自分たちでBBQをしたり、色んな楽しみ方ができます。“

„Great stay at Kerama Beach Hotel, the team there were amazing and looked after our every need. The hotel is situated away from the main town but we were able to use the hotel shuttle bus any time we needed. The food was varied and really excellent. Not a lot happening in and around the hotel but that suited us fine and the surrounding area is great for walking & snorkelling. All in all a lovely stay!“

„I loved the honesty of the staff. Due to weather conditions I had to shorten my stay and due to maintenance of the ferry I arrived one day later then booked. I got all nights reimbursed without any cancellation fee. Fantastic! Thank you very much for your honesty and great customer service. Also this place is the only one where card payments are possible on the island. Thus, I borrowed snorkeling equipment and enjoyed the food of the restaurant.
