« Byemills is a great place to stay.we had such a restful and pleasant stay. Our hosts were brilliant and when there was a brief region wide power cut they were straight to us to ensure we had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to local pubs and a great historical stone circle at Stanton Drew. We loved our stay and made all the more special with it being Christmas. »

« This is the third time I've been to the Hide and it never fails to impress. The hosts are wonderful, the location is perfect for trips out, and the Hide, itself, is perfect for a quiet retreat. We tried the vineyard tour and tasting which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. Thanks to Karen and Simon. We'd come back tomorrow if we could! »

« This property is very central to lots of beautiful beaches and villages in Cornwall. The lodge has everything we needed. Only downside is the garden is not secure for the dogs and it’s near a busy road . The hot water boiler keeps going out and water is not very warm to wash up . »

« We just stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Although at one point we didn’t think we would make it due to restriction, he hosts could not have been more helpful to make it easy for us. The barns were beautiful, the scenery was beautiful. Location was perfect! Could not fault it at all. Thank you for hosting us, and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful barn! »

Vom Vermieter kein Schlüssel Code bekommen,also telefonieren, die Rezeption der Ferienanlage war nicht zuständig, keine Einweisung in der Wohnung,wo und wie die Heizung zu einschalten war, warmes Wasser am Waschbecken und in der Küche den Einschalter auch nach einer Woche nicht gefunden, aber ein deutscher weis sich zu helfen.Haben die Woche gut durchgebracht Preis und Leistung (außer den Mängeln ) sonst Ok. »

« The Shepherds Nest is the best Shepherds Hut we’ve stayed in, for space, amenities and for hospitality. It’s well built, furnished to a high standard and there’s a lot of thought gone into everything. Charlie and Carol were really welcoming and there were lots of little touches, and nice surprises on our arrival. The outside bath is great, in all weathers! We’d highly recommend. »

They were so accommodating, a welcome bottle of procesco waiting for us, chocolates, hot chocolate, tea and coffee as well as having a box of thing in the cabin in case you forgot them, like paracetamol and new toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner which we thought was just a lovely touch!
