« Property is tiny and the only restroom is in the master bedroom. When you walk to it try not to smack your shins into the bedframe (all of us did at some point especially in the middle of the night). Other than that though it was fine. 35 minutes from our white water rafting meetup. It was clean and easy to get into, overall not bad if you're only staying for a single night. »

« Great little house. Quiet area. Host was very quick to respond. Enjoyed the hot tub. Easy to find if you don’t follow google. It to us to the end of the street instead of the 2nd house lol. Appreciated having extra towels. »

« The property was perfect for a large group who were there to celebrate my daughter's wedding. The home had all needed amenities and so much room! It felt very homey and well loved. Everything was in good working order and all processes were uncomplicated. The owner was kind, professional and on site when we arrived. We loved the neighbors dog and had a great time. We will definitely return. »

« Our family of 4 had a great stay at the Rose River Cottage! It served as an excellent home base for adventures in the area. We hiked at NRG NP, white water rafted (West Virginia Adventures) and Cliff jumped at Summersville Lake (pirates cove for the rocks). Beautiful mornings and sunsets on the river. House is well stocked, and hosts were unbelievably quick with responses. »

« Minutes to beautiful falls. Beds were comfortable and house was good size . Enjoyed setting down at the river fishing right on the property, floated the New River both in kayaks and white water rafting . Would definitely stay again if we return to this area . »
