« L'hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de Sheffield, à 10 minutes a pied de la gare et tout près aussi de l'université de Sheffield Hallam. La décoration est élégante et moderne. Le matelas était trop mou a notre goût mais c'est très personnel, d'autres apprécient ce genre de literie. Chambre calme et fonctionnelle, restaurant du petit déjeuner très agréable avec sa vue sur le jardin botanique, et en dehors de l'absence de chocolat en poudre, beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts : full English...

« Accueil standard mais à peine arriver dans la chambre on m’appelle pour me changer de chambre car la télé ne marche pas. Le restaurant très moyen: je ne recommande pas. Petit-déjeuner: j’ai mis le papier sur la porte pour un déjeuner dans la chambre que je n’ai jamais eu car personne n’a ramassé le papier. « There was a heavy snow fall over much of England whilst we were there which meant that we were snowed in and staff snowed out. Many staff walked in or abandoned cars to get to work and then worked first to cook breakfast (the chef was snowed in) and then to dig us out with the help of spades and the local farmer with a digger. We felt very well looked after and the staff did an amazing job in difficult circumstances.Great Teamwork! Thank you. »
