« This hotel needs huge improvement and renovation. Very disappointing, should be classified as Single Tree if you see what I mean. Why does Hilton put its brand over this type of hotel? We had room 817, A/C noisy and connected with taped wires, very dangerous if you travel with young kids, bathroom door and balcony door have to be replaced, etc.. And it’s not cheap at all to sleep there! Totally overpriced. All A/Cs in corridors are as noisy as airplanes during takeoff »

« We stayed for a romantic weekend and enjoyed the decor, the toiletry selections and thought the bed was comfotable. The location is hard to beat. A nice pool area with a bar right off the beach. Beach chairs/umbrellas are available and staff will set for you. The only downside is the downside for all hotels, unfortunately there is not much that can be done to sound proof the doors and plumbing so you do hear doors slamming shut and water running off and on. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Séjour de 2 nuits pour aller voir un match NFL. Hôtel très bien situé. Dans le Downtown et à 25 minutes à pieds du stade des Jaguars de Jacksonville. Par contre Piscine non chauffé. Salle de fitness convenable. Parking à 10$ juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le soir, si à pieds, restauration difficile où alors à l'hôtel. Ma chance être au moment où il y a la parade des bateaux de Noël, le weekend après Thanksgiving avec un superbe feu d'artifice. »

« Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. »

« This location exceeded my expectations. Very clean, modern, had all the amenities needed. When I initially booked it which I did fairly quick I thought it was on the beach but actually it's on the street right across from the beach but from the parking lot you could basically throw a rock to the beach. Very quick to the boardwalk and you're there. It was very quiet at the property they obviously will take very good care of the units. About the cleanest I've been in. They even had a hot and cold...

« We always look forward to a stay at the Omni Amelia Island property. It is so relaxing and convenient to dine, We love long walks along the beach and in nature. It never gets old. Having the hotel so close is a bonus for a evening dinner and cocktails if we choose not to eat in. »
