« Un hôtel d’affaires parfait pour pouvoir accès direct au hall d’exposition juste à côté. Cependant étant un hôtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace. Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgré ma relance. J’ai déposé un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyé au pressing et est resté derrière le comptoir de la réception dans son sac et en état. « Un séjour de 3 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Le confort des chambres est super Il manque cependant des placards de rangement car celui existant est utilisé pour le coin café. Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré. Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. »

« Great, small and cosy hotel with lot of charm. A bar/restaurant at the ground floor with jazz band playing in the night. Got a great room with lot of space and very clean. Personnel very nice and helpful. »

« Nice stay at the Arc. Kim is a friendly host. Room was a little cold but a supplementary heater was provided which made it cosier. Recommend it for access to central Harrogate. Bars and restaurants all close by. Parking was a bit difficult and Limited to on street but limited by a permit from the establishment. »

« The studio room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. Everything felt very high-end from the decor to the coffee machine. There wasn’t one thing I’d change. The free parking at the back of the building was an added bonus too. It was the perfect base to explore Harrogate Centre, 5 minute walk and you’re in the centre. Totally recommend this place and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. »

« Perfect stay! Murray House is so cozy! I chose the budget room and it was very cute, comfy, super clean (seriously!), warm (it was in November) and decent size. I was afraid it would be too small but the space was perfect for my need. And it's not too small for when you just want to hang out and watch TV. « Apartment 6 was well located and clean. "Boutique" may be pushing it a bit, and the downstairs bedroom opposite the MOT garage isn't great if you're someone who wants a lie in, but it's a decent budget choice for exploring Harrogate. »
