« The rooms were good, and the hotel location is awesome. All the attractions of Udaipur city can be reached very easily via autos and the bus stand and railway station are also very nearby. The bus stand road which is 5 min walk from this hotel, is a happening place with loads of restaurants. The in house restaurant is also very good and serves quality food. « Très bon choix pour un séjour à Udaipur : - localisation idéale, entre le palais et la zone piétonne - personnel très accueillant - rooftop avec vue sur le lake palace - bon petit déjeuner Le prix de la nuitée est assez élevé pour ce type d'hébergement en Inde, mais cela vaut le coup. Seul regret, le chauffeur que nous avons réservé via l’hôtel, qui nous a a fait déjeuner dans un resto pour touristes très cher et pas terrible sur la route. »

« Property is new and located in good area. Restaurant is not available in the same property but in their sister property which is at walking distance of 2 mins. Room service is too slow due to lack of staff. The internal telephones do not work most of the time so a guest has to go down to the reception to ask for anything. Some requests are complied and some are not. We asked for room cleaning on second day but the room was not cleaned. We asked for hot milk for our kid but it took more than 45...

« It is a nice place in a secluded garden and the room are spacious and in old style. Breakfast is good and the roof terrace is excellent for the breakfast. What lets the hotel down is - first of all - wi-fi. This is the worst one we have encountered in many, many years. Could not send a photo on WhatsUp, could not do the check-in for a flight. The other problem is that you cannot get any alcohol, not even beer or wine. Last but not least, dinner food was very ordinary but rather pricey. »

« Staff is friendly but the property lacks in some basic amenities - such as hot water. Through out our stay, we didn't get warm water in our showers, even after repeated reminders. There was stinking smell in couple of rooms. Staff had to be repeatedly reminded to provide towels, soap etc. Honestly, we were over-charged for the service we were provided. »

« The hotel is kinda hidden; but the staff were really friendly. They didn’t really give clear instructions as to where our driver could park until I asked a gentleman at the front desk for the exact address. We also had difficulties at checkout. Due to a family emergency we needed to leave early. We wanted a receipt to show to Expedia to prove we left early. We were unable to get a receipt and were told that the lady in the front could not even find our booking. »

« This hotel had Great Lake views, very peaceful and serene. It was slightly off the main drag so quieter street and not immediately in the fray upon leaving hotel. Staff was always polite, helpful, friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Highly recommend! »

« Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l’une des deux suites. Hotel central pour parcourir la vielle ville à pied. Les distances sont très courtes à Udaipur. La terrasse sur le toit où est servi le petit déjeuner est agréable. Un très bel endroit. »
