« Lovely bedrooms… great bedding, lots of room. Very comfortable. Good pool with few users. Beautiful gardens. Lots of comfortable common areas to sit and read , socialise, work from. Flexible on check out times Plenty of breakfast choice .. if you like cooked breakfast. I’d skip evening meals and eat at one of the cheaper and better places. Don’t choose the pasta if you eat in. »

« While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money. »

« Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their...

« Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty. »
