« On arrival and return in the evening the reception were fabulous , friendly and very welcoming. This hotel is truly amazing , the station history , the active line and the option of staying in decommissioned and high end refurbished carriages. What a place, I think this might just be my favourite place ever. »

« If staying near Indianapolis this place is amazing. Located a short drive from downtown Carmel, Museums and other artsy places. Conveniently located about 25 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and the airport made it super easy to get around. Breakfast was good and if you are around early evening 5:30 to 7:00 enjoy the light food and adult beverages. And I can’t forget to mention the staff (front desk, breakfast, evening and service) were friendly and helpful. »

« Mauvaise experience dans cet hôtel qui à votre arrivée rajoute systématiquement 50 dollars à votre note, 50 dollars qui sont restitués dans les 5 jours si vous n'avez rien consommé dans l'hôtel ! Quand vous êtes étranger et que vous avez des frais bancaires avec votrecarte en fonction du montant, cela rajoute 10 dollars à votre note pour rien !!! 5 dollar étant donné que la somme est prélevée et 5 dollar quand la somme est restituée ! Que fait l'hotel de cette somme en attendant le remboursement...

« It's not my 1st stay here and each time has been great, but this stay there was only 1 elevator working so getting to and from my room was a very long wait unless I took the stairs which was not convenient when ready to come and go and at checkout »

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again. Over all, it was a good...
