« Staying for work. Lovely hotel very comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful…credit to the hotel. Thank you. I’ll be back. Minor issue of taking payment twice, but think this was slight confusion over hotels.com methods of payment. Called and was rectified immediately. »

« nous avons louez une chambre à l'hotel Arrandale house, à notre arrivée, surprise, rediriger 100 m au dessus au ashton N°28. surbooking oblige ? ATTENTION afficher 3 étoiles équivalent 1 étoile France. porte de la chambre de 9m2 avec un verrou cassé, moquette vétuste, lits jumeaux à ressort pourris, salle d'eau du moyen âge. il ne change même pas les serviettes pour un séjour de 4 nuits à 650 €, la honte... La direction me réponds vous êtes en période de TT Monsieur... Payer chère est une...

« All good here, was upgraded to double room with a really good view. Breakfast was excellent and Alan the owner was very knowledgeable about the island, so yes no problems and from my experience I would certainly recommend when staying in the area. »

« Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Juice,cereal, bacon etc. Very good. Asked for a slight change and it was no problem. Delia the lady was amazing. Nothing too much...

« Lovely, friendly and polite staff. Fire door banging next to our room all first night which kept us awake. Informed staff next morning and it was sorted out by the afternoon. Tired decor considering it was the executive luxury room. Bed wasn’t the best to sleep on. Breakfast was good, again, really attentive staff. »

« Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man. There's so much within a short walk (Tesco, restaurants, takeaway, The Isle of Man Railway, etc) that a handier location is hard to imagine. The view over the strand to the bay and surrounding cliffs is magnificent. The flat makes a nice home away from home for all the needs and comforts during travel, and we appreciated being able to spread out and eat at home for some...
