« Had a lovely stay, everything was excellent, owners were very helpful and went the extra mile. Beds were comfortable, room was warm and breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommended. »

« Lovely character cottage and lovely host. We didn't get any check-in instructions but our host popped out to greet us when we arrived (late) and showed us quickly around so it was no problem. Very well equipped which made for a relaxed stay. »

« The breakfast was always wonderful. Everything was very clean. My biggest problem was the location. It was farther away from Cavan than I expected. In addition, I was unable to connect to cellular phone service from my room. Lastly, the owner advised me that she could not accept my credit card even though my credit card is from a European bank, only cash. Overall, I would not choose this property again regardless of the price. »

« I arrived to the property late evening to find that it was no longer operating as a business. My son was with me and we had to find alternative accommodation ourselves. Not a pleasant experience at all. The property is still listed on other booking platforms despite not operating as a business. »

« This was a charming historic hotel in the center of Clones, walking-distance to everything the town has to offer. We were visiting see where some of our family ancestry came from, and we enjoyed the Clones walking-tour brochure that we were given upon check-in. The hotel restaurant was convenient and everyone who worked there was friendly. »

« Friendly pleasing host, great rural location Wonderful fresh fruit salad and home made bread as part of breakfast »

« The room cost €50 so I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I was disappointed there was no hot water for a shower, I had to pay for parking which was meant to be free and no Wi-Fi code anywhere »
