« Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment...

« Far too many children making far too much noise in the swimming pool and more importantly in the restaurant. It completely spoiled my evening and I paid for a meal I couldn’t be bothered to eat. Signs could be put up instructing children are kept under control and noise kept at an appropriate level. »

« We had a lovely stay at The Quay Bed and Breakfast. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, the continental breakfast was also very well done. The hosting was also great and we felt all our needs were catered for. Would definitely recommend! »

« We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had a delicious 2 course meal in the evening and one of the best breakfasts we have had. The buffet breakfast was top rate with amazing sausages and bacon. « Court séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hôtel proche de la gare. Cet avantage est naturellement lié à un environnement parfois bruyant (route à fort trafic en fin de journée). Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les chambres sont simples, mais agréables et confortables. L'offre pour le petit-déjeuner est trés bien et offre de nombreuses combinaisons possibles. »

« Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment we were allocated was spotless and comfortable. Despite being above the bar area it was very quiet so we had a great sleep. The property is right next to the Minster with the town centre right on the doorstep with most places of interest within walking distance. Things to note: the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs and no lift - it’s an old building....

« We had a great stay however the bath was very slow to drain and was very slippery when showering. We put the mat in and kept on it to avoid slipping. »

« Hotel de caractere tres bien tenu. La chambre dans le batiment principal etait confortable et personnalisee.Le restaurant mérite le détour.Service attentif et efficace.Les deux journées sont passées trop rapidement pour profiter du golf et d'une ballade au bord de la mer qui est a 5mn. »
