« The house and all the appliances seem new. Just as the listing indicated. Only issue is the location: away from downtown and the neighborhood can potentially feel uncomfortable. It is definitely the best house in the area. »

My kids all in there early 20's loved the location and it was a great place to spend family time together making memories.The beach was just a short walk away while the bay is right at your back door. We so enjoyed watching the wildlife our the window. »

« It's conveniently located and easily accessible. The parking is great, especially if you drive a truck. We had the opportunity to stay in #1 and #3.The houses are well equipped, pleasant and clean. The host was very friendly and definitely goes above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property. »

« This three bedroom house was perfect for several weeks in the winter. Great view of the ocean, right across from a boardwalk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of unexpected amenities. The bedrooms were very comfortable with quality linens and plenty of closet space in the master. The rental company was especially responsive and helpful to our questions. Would definitely stay here again! »

« This was a great property. The home was beautifully furnished. The coffee bar was beyond amazing. Game room in the garage had everything. Our group had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The host was super quick to respond and very helpful in making our stay a success »

« Great house ! Updated, clean and lots of room. We especially liked that all masters had big showers in them . We have stayed in a lot of homes w those tiny plastic showers .Beautiful outdoor area w many extras, beach chairs and corn hole . Our family had a restful wonderful time here! We have been coming to SGI for 19 years, this is one of our favorite places we have stayed . Host was attentive and helpful when we had questions. Don’t hesitate to book this house. You will be glad you did! »

« The house was nice and clean, love the boxes of toiletries and kitchen supplies that were left in the appropriate places! My dad, my son, and I spent the weekend in Carrabelle fishing for a belated Father’s Day, didn’t catch many fish but made some memories and enjoyed the stay in the “Forget Me Knot”. We visit Carrabelle once or twice a year and I will definitely check to see if this unit is available when we decide to go back. »
