„DasRaven Hall Country House Hotel, liegt direkt an der Küste an hohem Kliff und bietet einen wirklich sehr schönen Blick über die Nordsee. Das Interieur des Hausest ist etwas altmodisch, was aber einen gewissen Charm hat.. Leider ist aber auch die Haustechnik ziemlich altmodisch und eigentlich nicht dem heutigen Standard entsprechend. So sollte man sich z.B. nicht daran stören, dass die Wasserleitungen bei Entnahme rattern wie ein vorbeifahrender Zug, Das Hotel-Restaurant ist ganz in Ordnung, ...

„Upon arrival no staff was to be seen, but was polite and showed us to our rooms. A few hazards on entry grates raised up on tile flooring at entry ( trip hazard) lift doesnt work. We was there two nights no fresh towels or bedding. Had to buy our own toilet roll. Cleaness needs a good clean over, walls had stains, carpets need a good clean. Overall was warm, comfy. „Lovely place, really friendly and efficient staff.Nothing too much trouble and so helpful. Spotless! Great bar lounge and nice breakfast room. Had lovely room with four poster bed, after being upgraded . Slept like a log! Would def recommend. Only negatives would be tired looking carpets and expensive breakfast. The veggie one only had 2 sausages, though meat option had 3 and black pudding. However , during our party of 6 having breakfast, they ran out of tomatoes, black pudding and mushrooms, ...

„Check in was very efficient with a little tour to help navigate our way around. Staff very friendly and helpful.Tasty cooked breakfast options plus fresh fruit dried fruit yogurt cereals and pastries. Spa facilities were lovely albeit the pool in February was quite cold. “

„Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen am Marktplatz. Hinten dem Hotel ein eigener Parkplatz. Wenn man in den hinteren Zimmern (Mews) untergebracht ist, hat man Sicht auf den Parkplatz und die sind sehr ringhörig. Zimmer soweit ok für den Preis, sogar mit Nespressomaschine. Frühstück war sehr gut.“

„Very enjoyable stay. Only problem was parking. Long way to walk to the car park with bags, especially when you have mobility problems. Other than that stay was lovely and David was very helpful and friendly. As an ex resident of Scarborough all the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. “
