« La première impression est malheureusement négative. L'entrée sur la promenade et le lobby de l'hôtel n'ont plus été rénovés depuis des décennies: tapis usés jusqu'à la corde, peintures défraîchies, etc. Pour ce qui est de la chambre: mobilier, tapis et salle de bains vieillots style années 80. Propreté OK, mais sans plus. En revanche, splendide vue sur la mer. Une merveille. Eviter à tout prix les chambres donnant sur le parking et les installations! Bon buffet de petit-déjeuner, personnel...

« Lovely place. We stayed with our small dog for a couple of nights. Facilities are amazing, golf, spa, swimming, gym, etc. Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with easy access to Douglas (20 min drive) We had a 3 course meal in one of the restaurants and not only was the food amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality but it really felt like they went the extra mile... and were happy to. The chef prepared a special sauce to accomodate my partners food intolerances and the dog was...

« The nicest hotel I've found in Douglas. Warm welcome, well designed communal areas, great breakfast choice and warm comfortable rooms. The only minus was the odd placement of the TV, high up with a small screen. »

« Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Juice,cereal, bacon etc. Very good. Asked for a slight change and it was no problem. Delia the lady was amazing. Nothing too much...

« My favourite hotel in Douglas and very near to everywhere I need to walk to for work. Friendly, lovely big rooms (they upgraded me free of charge to a huge room as I stay often). Great view over the sea front. Breakfast is quality - good ingredients, cooked to order. Very happy with everything. »

ATTENTION afficher 3 étoiles équivalent 1 étoile France. porte de la chambre de 9m2 avec un verrou cassé, moquette vétuste, lits jumeaux à ressort pourris, salle d'eau du moyen âge. il ne change même pas les serviettes pour un séjour de 4 nuits à 650 €, la honte... La direction me réponds vous êtes en période de TT Monsieur... Payer chère est une...
