„We had a fantastic time overall. The garden is large and stunning. The house is roomy and very comfortable. We were pleased to find there is a bath in the ensuite and a 3rd toilet downstairs as that wasn't clear from the listing. It would have been helpful to have instructions for appliances and remotes.There were also a few problems with one bedroom door hinge and the bedroom curtains were all difficult to open and close.“

„Ein sehr altes Hotel mit renovierten Zimmern. Man merkt dem Gebäude seine Historie an. Der Boden ist schief und in einem typisch altbritischen Stil gehalten. Das Frühstück war English OK. Direkt an der Promenade gelegen und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt.“

„Lovely place. We stayed with our small dog for a couple of nights. Facilities are amazing, golf, spa, swimming, gym, etc. Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with easy access to Douglas (20 min drive) We had a 3 course meal in one of the restaurants and not only was the food amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality but it really felt like they went the extra mile... and were happy to. The chef prepared a special sauce to accomodate my partners food intolerances and the dog was ...

„We met the most friendly people there! The Hotel itself is a very nice old building but everything was perfectly clean. Parking on the street some 50 meters up the road was no problem.“

„As a flight crew we choose the hotel because of the good rating! And everything was as described! Nice people and good and clean rooms! The bed was cosy and comfortable. Especially the lady at the reception was fantastic! We asked for a late checkout and she did. everything to manage it. Of course we did get different rooms, but we could keep the rooms for free until 4:30pm the next day. This attitude is not always available in the hotel industry! Definitely we will come again “
