« Keswick is such a great town and so well located for hiking and playing in the Lakes. The YHA was lovely and so centrally located on the river by the park. Very well equipped with a great cafe too. My only complaint is that the bedroom doors shut noisily which means you wake with the early risers. All else was perfect »

« What an amazing hostel! Perfect location and lovely building, The panelled lounge full of lovely leather sofas, books and a roaring fire was particularly fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the beer was good and the full english veggie breakfast the ideal precursor to some stiff walking. »

« I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment.
