« it was doing some renovations on several floors, so it's good they are upgrading. location is by major road so easy to find & for transportation. still needs improvement on cleanliness on the corridor, inside rooms are okay. window in the junior suite cannot be fastened so we can still hear traffic outside. receptionists and room service people are nice, security personnel still need improvement. Still 3 and a half star. »

« I really enjoyed the food and live music every night in the lounge and on the patio. Good for winding down after meetings all day. TONS of breakfast options. Room was fine, comfortable. Bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, but not an issue. My showerhead was broken and the problem was fixed immediately. The only thing I didn't like was they advertise a top-floor lounge and when I went to go up for a drink, it was restricted only to the pricer level-rooms. This wasn't mentioned in their amenities...

« A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-( »

« Spacious room with great view. Unfortunately, the water heater did not work in my room. Breakfast spread was excellent - a good mix of cuisines. »
